As a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer / Technical Lead, you’ll shape architecture and build products from concept through to production.
About the role
As a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer / Technical Lead, you will shape the architecture and technical direction of our applications while remaining actively involved in implementation. You will structure complex requirements, make well-founded technical decisions, and guide development through to stable production.
You will develop AI-powered applications and workflows based on PANTA OS. Where appropriate, you will translate customer requirements into modular, reusable platform components. Your first projects will include an integrated platform for Content Intelligence, AI Visibility, content creation, review, approval, reporting, and publishing. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders, communicating decisions, risks, and dependencies clearly and transparently.
What you’ll be doing
Take ownership of the architecture and technical implementation of full-stack applications on PANTA OS
Translate business goals and workshop outcomes into product decisions, data models, technical concepts, and actionable plans
Develop frontends, dashboards, workflows, review processes, and reporting features
Design and implement backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with enterprise systems
Develop AI-powered processes using Structured Outputs, Retrieval, Tool Use, Evaluation, and Human Review
Consider security, permissions, auditability, maintainability, and data privacy from the outset
Clearly communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs with customers and the team
Mentor other engineers and further develop engineering standards and reusable platform components
Share responsibility for testing, releases, pilot operations, and the stable operation of solutions
Use Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT productively while taking responsibility for quality and outcomes
What You Bring
Several years of experience developing and operating full-stack products
Experience with business-critical enterprise production systems and topics such as reliability, scalability, performance, monitoring, and incident handling
Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript, as well as solid experience with Python and API frameworks such as FastAPI
Experience with PostgreSQL, APIs, data models, integrations, and workflow-based processes
Understanding of Docker, cloud infrastructure, deployment, testing, security, and maintainable architecture; Azure experience is a plus
Experience working with customers or business stakeholders on complex digital projects
Clear technical communication, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership
Professional fluency in German and English
Willingness to regularly work with us in Hamburg and at customer locations
Experience with LLM capabilities such as Structured Outputs, Retrieval, Tool Use, or Evaluation is a plus

You consider users, product requirements, and business processes when making technical decisions. You move confidently between architecture, implementation, and technical communication. When requirements are incomplete, you clarify open questions with stakeholders, identify trade-offs, and propose a practical path forward.
